I am the timeshare owner and have the Christmas week available (Dec 18-25), unfortunately we cannot use it ourselves and would like to rent it out.this is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in Terrace Building at Ridge Tahoe with a full kitchen including all appliances such as dishwasher, range, oven and microwave, large living room and dining room sitting 6. The Terrace building has jacuzzi and sauna inside and is next to the Club/lobby building.The unit sleeps 6 with a pull out sofa and has fireplace. Master bedroom has a separate small kitchenette with microwave, coffeemaker, and fridge.All amenities at the resort including gym, jacuzzi, sauna. etc are available to you.this is a ski-in ski-out resort to Nevada side of Heavenly ski resort. there are shuttles available to casino area and California side of Heavenly ski resort in South Lake Tahoe. there are restaurants and shops available at the resort as well. “By listing this auction I verify that I am the actual travel agent or travel provider and not a third party affiliate.
