This offer is for a Studio unit rental with a Queen Bed, a Sofa Couch, a kitchenette (with a microwave, stove top and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and dishes and utensils), TV, hairdryer and WIFI. December 27, 2024 through January 3, 2025. This ideal location is located half a block from the ski slopes at Park City Mountain Resort and 3/4 mile walking distance from Main Street. The ice skating rink is also walking distance 1/2 block. Spend the 2025 New Year in a Festive environment with Snow and Winter Activities. The unit is yours for the full 7 nights, but you may use as many nights as you want. There is no discount if you choose not to use the full 7 nights. The price includes taxes, resort fees and one parking space. There are no other fees, unless you require additional housekeeping for the unit during the week. There are no tours or sales presentations required to stay at our unit. The resort offers a Sunday Continental Breakfast that is included in your price also. The Resort Management Company requires the following information to add your name as a Guest for our week:*The first and last name of the person checking in.*The email address of the person checking in. *The Phone number of the person checking in. Once we receive this information, your reservation information will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receiving this check-in information.
