The fire code of Daytona Beach Shores states that the Daytona Beach Shores Fire Marshall can fine those people leaving items on the sidewalk.· POOL RULES: Pool Open at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 10:00 p.m. (enforced due to the close proximity of the pool to the condo units.)
